Buy Package
Buy package page is a page where user can buy packages or extend current buyed packages. Here you will find total 4 packages monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly. Each has its own benefits and structure. From here on buying packages user will be redirected to payment gateway. Also user can add extra staff and extra space if needed.
step 1: On the package page, select monthly package in package dropdown menu. On selecting monthly package, package details are shown on the left side, which shows extra users, extra gb, start date, expiry date and total. Monthly package consists of 30 days.
step 2: After selecting monthly package, check the extend validity checkbox for getting benefit of extra 3 users and extra 2gb of space. Your total monthly basepack price would be 800 INR/Month. On clicking checkbox your validity will be automatically extended.
step 3: If user needs extra staff and extra space, he/she could select it like shown in picture. As soon as you select extra users and extra space, you will see change in package details. Each extra user will charge you 100 INR/Month and each extra 1gb space will charge you same 100 INR/Month. Details can be seen in picture.
step 4: After selection process of all your packages, check the I Accept checkbox and click Pay button. You will be now redirected to payment gateway.
step 1: On the package page, select quarterly package in package dropdown menu. On selecting quarterly package, package details are shown on the left side, which shows extra users, extra gb, start date, expiry date and total. Quarterly package consists of 3 months(regular) and 15 days(benefit).
step 2: After selecting quarterly package, check the extend validity checkbox for getting benefit of extra 3 users and extra 2gb of space. Your total quarterly basepack price would be 2400 INR. On clicking checkbox your validity will be automatically extended.
step 3: If user needs extra staff and extra space, he/she could select it like shown in picture. As soon as you select extra users and extra space, you will see change in package details. Each extra user will charge you 300 INR and each extra 1gb space will charge you same 300 INR. Details can be seen in picture.
step 4: After selection process of all your packages, check the I Accept checkbox and click Pay button. You will be now redirected to payment gateway.

On selecting half yearly package, package details are shown on the left side, which shows extra users, extra gb, start date, expiry date and total. Half yearly package consists of 6 months(regular) and 1 month(benefit).
step 2: After selecting half yearly package, check the extend validity checkbox for getting benefit of extra 3 users and extra 2gb of space. Your total half yearly basepack price would be 4500 INR. On clicking checkbox your validity will be automatically extended.
step 3: If user needs extra staff and extra space, he/she could select it like shown in picture. As soon as you select extra users and extra space, you will see change in package details. Each extra user will charge you 600 INR and each extra 1gb space will charge you same 600 INR. Details can be seen in picture.
step 4: After selection process of all your packages, check the I Accept checkbox and click Pay button. You will be now redirected to payment gateway.
In Other Package you can buy extra Emails, extra SMS, extra Automation, extra Clients Months, Setup Packages like- SMS sender ID, Email Domain Whitelabeling, Payment Gateway Setup. SMS/Email/Automation comes with infinite Validity. Validity/Expiry Date only Applicable to User/Gb and Subscription.
Extra client months are useful for Client Portal Login. For example you have 20 clients who want client login, For 1 client you give 12 months login then you wants 240 client months for 20 clients. This is extra client months.
SMS Sender ID can be assigned a 6-alpha character Sender ID of your choice. It should correspond with your business or product name. For example my firm name is PGRT Associates and my SMS Sender ID is PGRTCA . When you send SMS to your clients this sender ID appear on their phone.
Creating a domain whitelabel allows you to better authenticate the email that you send by removing the “sent via send easycloudbooks.com” message that your recipients see on un-whitelabeled emails. This has the added benefit of giving you complete control over your sending reputation. When domain whitelabeling is done you send email by your company domain name signature. Example is shown in attached image, where easycloudconsultants is my company name. Domain Whitelabeling provides better delivery and spam protection of your email.
